To be honest, I was just a little leery of stepping into the office -- my first time and all. When I got in the greetings were the friendly ones that I had hoped for. The staff is very well trained in hospitality and good humor -- that helped me....

They were courteous and informative. They were ready to help even though I was early. She knew the insurance company requirements and the products they offered. She recommended which could be best for me and my hearing problem but did not push me to buy any product.

Nichole does a great job! She is so experienced, down to earth, realistic and a true pleasure to work with. We were recommended to her by a friend, and we will certainly recommend her to others.
