The audiologist was knowledgeable and very personable . The price is crazy high. I would like to do business with Nicole but I don’t know if the offer of good service can over come the huge price differential for starkly products in comparison with comparable competitive products

Nikki was right on board when my mom, Marcy S. lost her hearing aid charger in her house fire on Dec 1st, 2025. Nikki helped get a charger for that night so mom could charge her hearing aids and continue to use them so the batteries didn’t die on her. You were a life saver Nikki. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and work hard to help every customer. You are treated like family. Nikki is very knowledgeable and works extra hard to make sure everything is working for you and goes the extra mile to help. Dianne is always pleasant and welcoming.
